Chilwa is an advanced stage exploration project with an inferred category JORC-compliant (2012) Mineral Resource estimate, completed concept studies and key mineralogical and metallurgical test work.

The Project is attractive based on the known areas of identified resources, high value heavy mineral assemblage, areas of high grade / low slimes, positive initial concept studies, potential end markets for the final products, strong product prices, exploration upside and access to key supporting infrastructure (including rail and port).

The Company expects there to be significant and consistent news flow upon listing given the advanced nature of the Project and aggressive development timetable CHW is planning.
